    Our sculptures are made from a high-quality, durable resin designed to last.

  • 💧 Are Pot Pals waterproof?

    Yes! Every Pal is sealed with a waterproof finish to preserve its colors and details for years to come. Even our hand-painted designs are safe from water and humidity.

  • 🌡️ Can they handle hot/cold temperatures?

    Pot Pals are perfectly fine in typical hot and cold conditions. We do recommend bringing them indoors during extreme weather to keep them looking their best.

  • ☀️ Are Pot Pals safe in direct sunlight or under plant lights?

    Yes! They hold up beautifully under both natural sunlight and artificial plant lights. For outdoor display, we still suggest bringing them inside during extreme weather.

  • 📦 How long does it take to make and ship my order?

    Processing times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order, as well as our current workload. Orders typically take 1–4 weeks to create before shipping. For the most accurate estimate, check the pop-up on our homepage or click the green “Important Info” box on the right side of your screen.

  • 🎨 Are all Pot Pals hand-painted?

    Yes—every single Pal is hand-painted, except for our Classic Pals™, which are hand-sculpted from polymer clay. Each one is truly unique.

  • 💲 Why do Pot Pals cost what they do?

    Every Pal is crafted by hand, from sculpting to painting to sealing. We’re a small husband-and-wife team, and each piece is made with time, care, and attention to detail. You’re not just buying décor—you’re supporting original art.

  • 🧽 How should I clean or care for my Pot Pal™?

    A little warm water and a soft cloth will do the trick. Please avoid harsh chemicals, soaps, or scrubbing—these could damage the hand-painted details.

  • 🌿 Do Pot Pals sit on the pot or stand alone?

    We offer both! Some models are designed to hang over pots, while others are tabletop companions that stand freely.

  • ✨ What makes The Twisted Serpent different from other shops?

    We’re the original creators of Pot Pals (since 2020). Everything is designed, 3D-printed, hand-painted, and sealed in-house by us—nothing mass-produced. We love what we do, and it shows in the quality, care, and detail of every package.
