The Twisted Serpent began as a playful afternoon with clay and Cailey’s kids. What started as a simple “noodle snake” quickly evolved into something magical. With a lifelong love of reptiles and a background full of real snake encounters, Cailey sculpted her first Pot Pal from polymer clay and shared it online. The response was overwhelming; just like that, the original Pot Pals™ were born in October of 2020.

Today, The Twisted Serpent LLC has grown into a full-fledged collection of reptile-inspired décor, from classic hand-sculpted Pot Pals to highly detailed 3D printed models, each one meticulously hand-painted by Cailey herself. This expansion allows for more species, more precision, and more creative freedom, while staying true to the heart and soul of the original designs.

Each piece tells a story, whether it’s a custom color palette in memory of a beloved pet, a spooky Halloween snake, or a joyful desk buddy that simply makes someone smile.

The Perfectly Imperfect line was inspired by her daughter’s loving rescue of a flawed piece from the trash, reminding Cailey that beauty isn’t always about perfection, it’s about heart.

With over 60 color options and a growing menagerie of species (including bats, dragons, and octopi), Cailey continues to bring whimsy and warmth to plant pots, shelves, and homes across the U.S.

Every creation is handmade with love, laughter, and just the right amount of chaos.
